About the position
We are offering a PhD position focused on developing and optimizing advanced enological practices and biotechnological tools to mitigate the effects of climate change on grape must and wine composition.
Research Activities
The successful candidate will test innovative pre-fermentative and fermentative management approaches, including the use of selected yeast strains, bioregulators, and next-generation enological adjuvants. Process performance will be monitored through high-resolution chemical-physical and sensory analyses to assess the impact on the colloidal, aromatic, and structural properties of wines.

Requirements
